Stieler SmartFoam® equipment

The Stieler SmartFoam® equipment comes with up to 8 control valves for liquid carbon dioxide and/ or nitrogen. It combines state-of-the-art technology with an ergonomic design. The accurate control unit together with a pump and compressor system ensures a stable and secure process.

Furthermore, the Stieler SmartFoam® equipment includes the control hydraulics of the Stieler SmartFoam® injectors developed by us. You can sub-divide the user-friendly visualization into a maximum of 3 user levels. The visualization shows in real-time how the specified pressure-time-curve is followed. The USB port in the front enables you to transfer, save, or extend programs and program parameters at any time. With quick-release fasteners for inputs and outputs as well as wheels attached to the bottom plate, the equipment is mobile in any company.

  • Compression: Our Stieler SmartFoam® equipment compresses liquid carbon dioxide up to 620 bar; it also compresses nitrogen from 20 bar up to 620 bar.
  • Storage: The equipment permits you to store high-compressed carbon dioxide and nitrogen individually and according to the required volume.
  • Controls: Depending on your requirements, the Stieler SmartFoam® equipment can feature up to 8 control valves. The nitrogen and carbon dioxide valves can accurately control the compressed medium to the millisecond.
  • Hydraulics: Depending on your requirements, we can integrate an additional hydraulic core back unit with up to 8 control loops into your Stieler SmartFoam® equipment. This unit helps to control injectors, slide bars, and other functionalities developed by us.

Stieler® Compact controllers

The Stieler® Compact gas injection controllers are basically available for nitrogen in two pressure versions: 350 bar and 620 bar. These high pressures are controlled by 4 accurate control valves that can follow the specified pressure-time-curve very quickly.

In addition to the mere control functionality, the Stieler® Compact controllers feature the following extras:

  • Hydraulics: We can integrate an additional hydraulic core back unit with up to 4 control loops. This unit helps to move slide bars, to operate our reversible injectors, or to deal with other functionalities like shut-off valves.
  • Pneumatics: To control such as cylinders, slide bars, and ejectors, Stieler® Compact controllers can feature up to 4 controllable pneumatic outputs.
  • Compression: The compact devices can compress nitrogen from approx. 20 bar to 350 bar (default) or alternatively to 620 bar.
  • Storage: After being compressed internally, the gas is intermediately stored in a 4-liter high-pressure vessel.
  • Display/ Controlling: You can sub-divide the user-friendly visualization into a maximum of 3 user levels. It can be used to easily specify system parameters. The USB port in the front enables you to transfer, save, or quickly extend programs and program parameters. With quick-release fasteners for inputs and outputs as well as wheels attached to the bottom plate, the equipment is mobile in any company.

Stieler® mini controllers

The Stieler® mini gas controllers „Calimero” will provide the highest flexibility for optimal production with an existing high-pressure supply.
The extremely small gas controller with up to 2 high pressure control valves will supply you with the same high efficiency performance as his big brothers.
Via a 5,7″ color touch screen display it is possible to set up process parameters, rinsing functions and set tolerance limits, which can be stored internal or external via a USB interface. A graphic will show the gas pressure/ time curve.
Nice and small designed we could offer the smallest 2 valve HP gas controller in the market.
