Gas nozzles – stationary gas nozzles
The mold is opened and then the gas nozzles are simply screwed in. They protrude 5 mm or alternatively 10 mm into the melt.
Gas nozzles – hydraulic gas nozzles
The hydraulic reversible gas nozzles are operated by the core back system of our compact devices, by an optional external core back unit or by the machine control.
The hydraulic system is designed to function on both sides.
These gas nozzles can have either 8 mm tips or 10 mm tips.
Service kit
Our service kit comes in a small handy plastic case where you will also find enough space for spare gas nozzles.
The kit contains a multi-functional torque key with a device for mounting and demounting; thus you can dismantle the gas nozzles without any further molds. A reamer helps to remove blockages inside the sleeve. Use the cleaning fleece to clean the moving pin.
